We currently provide delivery services within Bangladesh.
আমরা বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন জেলা ও এলাকায় পণ্য ডেলিভারি করে থাকি।
- ঢাকা শহর ও আশেপাশের এলাকা।
- বাংলাদেশের অন্যান্য জেলা ও উপজেলা।
- প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে ডেলিভারি কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের আওতাভুক্তির ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

৩. Delivery Time | ডেলিভারি সময়
দেশীয় পণ্য (Local Products):
- ঢাকা শহর: সাধারণত ১–৩ কার্যদিবস।
- ঢাকার বাইরে: সাধারণত ৩–৭ কার্যদিবস।
আমদানিকৃত পণ্য (Imported Products):
আমদানিকৃত পণ্যের ডেলিভারি সময় পণ্যের স্টক, আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং, কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্স এবং অন্যান্য লজিস্টিক বিষয়ের ওপর নির্ভর করে।
- In-stock imported products: সাধারণত ৩–৭ কার্যদিবস, যদি পণ্য বাংলাদেশে মজুদ থাকে।
- Internationally shipped products: আনুমানিক ১৫–৪৫ কার্যদিবস বা তার বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
Important: The delivery time for imported products is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customers will be informed of any significant delay whenever possible.

৬. Order Processing | অর্ডার প্রসেসিং
